PARK 720Facility Features

Free Wash Down

To protect the finish of a vehicle, RV or boat, we recommend a wash down to remove dirt, dust, grime and especially bugs before it goes into storage. Park 720 Vehicle Storage provides a wash down area for our customers to use, free of charge.

The wash down area and plus Park 720’s free dump station, are added conveniences that save time, eliminate some costs and streamline the storage process for our customers. An RV, motor home, vehicle or boat is a major investment, and we’re happy to help you safeguard yours.

Free Dump Station

Preparing your motor home, motor coach, RV or boat for storage usually includes emptying the holding tanks, something we recommend, regardless of the length of time you expect to be away. Customers are invited to use the dump station that is on site at Park 720 Vehicle Storage.

The dump station (with fresh-water hose for rinsing), plus our free wash down area, are added conveniences that save time, cut costs and streamline the storage process. (Check out Park 720’s dump station tips.)

Finding a dump station today can be a challenge, usage fees are increasing, and many RV and motor-home parks now charge extra to use their dump stations. You already have enough to do. We’re happy to help with the details.

30-amp Electrical

Park 720 Vehicle Storage has 30-amp electrical service available to many enclosed garages and covered (carport) spaces. Service is individually metered, so customers are billed directly for power used.
Many long-term customers who store motor homes, motor coaches and RVs want to keep batteries charged and air conditioning or fans operating during hot summer months. It helps keeps the humidity down and reduces the risk of mold, and during short-term stays they can keep the fridge full and the ice cubes ready.

Storage Choices

Park 720 offers three types of storage for your convenience.

Covered Storage

Covered storage is a great, all-around choice to shelter your vehicle or boat from the sun and reduce exposure to rain and debris. These side-by-side spaces are designed and built for maximum protection.

Enclosed Storage

Enclosed, garage-style storage is our premium accommodation for motor homes, motor coaches, RVs and boats.

Outdoor Storage

Outdoor storage is the most economical space available and the best type of storage for weather-resistant items like boat trailers, utility trailers and flat-bed carriers. Outdoor parking is also a good choice for RVs, fifth wheels, cars and trucks, particularly for short-term needs.

Park 720 also provides a Free Wash Down Area and a Free Dump Station. The added conveniences save time, eliminate some costs and streamline the storage process for our customers.

Entirely Paved

Park 720 Vehicle Storage is entirely paved with high-grade asphalt. Every RV, vehicle, boat and trailer is stored on pavement.

Unlike grass and gravel, the hard surface adds to the safety and quality of care for your investment:

  • Vehicles and boats never exposed to mud or standing water, weeds, gravel or dirt
  • Vehicles easily leveled easily on asphalt even surface
  • No risk of shifting or sinking like on grass and gravel
  • Less dust
  • Not a breeding ground for bugs and unwanted pests

Vehicles and boats stay cleaner, both inside and out, making Park 720 an excellent choice to store vintage, antique and classic cars with specialty finishes.

Hurricane Resistant

Park 720 Vehicle Storage is built like a fortress with features that strengthen protection from hurricanes:

  • Surrounded by a 15-foot steel wall, reducing risk of damage from high winds and flying debris
  • 15 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and high-water storm surges
  • Elevation of 16 feet and superior drainage for minimal risk of flooding
  • Meets all building codes and wind tolerance requirements
  • Carports built with full-height rear wall of corrugated steel panels, steel columns and standing-seam, steel roofing
  • Enclosed garages built with steel framing construction, corrugated steel wall panels, and standing-seam, steel roofing

When hurricanes threaten Southwest Florida, Park 720 becomes a temporary home for anything on wheels that arrive from Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, Naples and other areas throughout Southwest Florida.

Hurricane History at Park 720

2005 was the most volatile year in recorded hurricane history, and 2004 set a new record in the number that made landfall. At Park 720, not a single vehicle or boat was damaged.

2005 delivered Hurricane Charley, one of the most destructive storms in Southwest Florida history, and Park 720 became a safe haven for more than vehicles and boats. Some owners elected to ride out the storm in their RVs and motor homes.

No structure is hurricane-proof, the facility is not a hurricane shelter, and Park 720 does not ever make recommendations or suggestions about hurricane safety for people. But these owners believed they would be safe in their homes on wheels at Park 720, and they were. They also had generator power and lights when the surrounding areas stayed dark.
